To strengthen our development team in Aachen, we are looking for a:
Software developer (m/f / d) with a focus on image and video analysis
Responsibilities / Opportunities
You will be involved in exciting projects in the sport sector and have the opportunity to shape digitalization in sport at a growth company. You will assume responsibility within the team and rise to the tasks given to you.- Development of sports analysis modules (such as ball and player detection) based on intelligent smart camera technology
- Evaluation of new technologies for digitalization in sport, as well as tools and frameworks for IT implementation
- Documentation, testing and release of the software products developed
Profile
Are you a creative person with an interest in neuronal networks, object recognition and object tracking from optical systems? Then you are precisely the man or woman we are looking for!- Completed technical university degree, preferably in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (Bachelor or Master of Science or equivalent)
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- 2D and 3D image processing, in particular object recognition and object tracking
- Machine learning, classification, deep learning, pattern matching
- Video compression and network streaming
- Embedded systems, network protocols, profiling, optimization
- Very good knowledge of object-oriented programming in C++
- Knowledge of methods, tools and standards for design and implementation of complex software solutions
- Analytical and conceptual way of thinking, good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good command of German and English (written and spoken)
